Park Place HOA News Highlights

The Pool is Open - USE CAUTION - UPDATED 07/18/25

The pool is open, but because of the E.coli threat, DO NOT DRINK ANY WATER FROM THE BATHROOMS, SHOWER, OR DRINKING FOUNTAIN until further notice.

Covenant Violation Observations

Please make sure you are maintaining your lawns, edging, weeds, flowerbeds. We will consider the weather, but going weeks without yard maintenance will result in a violation notice. Keep your trash cans out of site. Thank you for knowing the rules and regulations of our neighborhood.

Maintaining Your Lawns

With the amount of rain we have been having this year, our lawns have been growing especially fast. Please do your part to keep your lawn cut, edged, weeded. Flowerbeds should also be maintained.
